- 1. Bardwell is possibly Bradwell in Suffolk? although there is a Bardwell (TL9473) just north of Ixworth in Suffolk?
- 2. Lownde is Lound, Suffolk
- 3. ASHBY had no one who lived there and voted because of a freehold in the same place.
- 4. CLIPPESBY had no one who lived there and voted because of a freehold in the same place.
- 5. In the transcription of the Poll Book the modern spelling of place names has been added in brackets "()" to many of the entries so that a search will find them.
- 6. "Thomas Brunston" is not in Crouse Poll book.
- 7. "John Barber" is not in Crouse Poll book.
