How to correct an orphan (inaccessible) page

Introduction

Some pages may exist within GENUKI and may be found in searches but have no other page linking to them. This would be most unusual in place pages - where every place fits within the hierarchy - and in plain/topic pages - where each page is usually an expansion of a topic in a place and would be linked from that.

Finding such pages

Each maintainer can use a report to identify such pages. In Shortcuts > Orphans you can see any pages that do not have a "parent place".
