"Grangekilree", or Grange-Kilree, a parish, in the barony of Shillelogher, county of Kilkenny, and province of Leinster, 5 miles (S.) from Kilkenny, on the road to West Jerpoint; containing 145 inhabitants, and 1052 statute acres. It is a rectory and vicarage, in the diocese of Ossory, forming part of the union of Burnchurch. In the R. C. divisions the parish it is part of the union or district of Donemagan.
