Note that "Barnet" applies to several parishes, some in Middlesex and some in Hertfordshire, and that the County of London has moved out to encompass parts. Also note that the county boundaries are quite complicated - Chipping Barnet and East Barnet are in a part of Hertfordshire which projects into Middlesex, North of Friern Barnet and South of Christ Church Barnet - which is in the parish of South Mimms. See the GENUKI Map of Hertfordshire parishes .
