HOLLACOMBE, a parish in the hundred of Black Torrington, county of DEVON, 2½ miles (E. by S.) from Holsworthy, containing 96 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Totness, and diocese of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £4. 6. 3., endowed with £200 royal bounty, and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to St. Petrock.
