Church History

An ancient parish church, originally serving the townships of Grappenhall and Latchford. 

The district was affected by the following boundary changes: 

  • 1866 March 13 — reduced when part of the township of Latchford was transferred to Latchford: Christ Church. 
  • 1866 July 27 — reduced when the remaining part of the township of Latchford was transferred to Latchford: St. James the Great. 
  • 1968 February 14 — (details not available)
