The church did not have a graveyard.

A cemetery of 2 acres was set aside in 1856.
The Cemetery was enlarged to 6 acres in 1896. It has two mortuary chapels and has been under the control of the Burial Board of the Parish Council.
The church lytch gate was removed circa 1960 but there are still lich-stones on the right hand side when entering the church proper.
