The National Gazetteer of Great Britain and Ireland - 1868

In 1868, the parish of Rossminoge contained the following places:

"ROSSMINOGE, a parish in the baronies of Scarawalsh and Gorey, county Wexford, province of Leinster, Ireland, 5 miles N.E. of Ferns. Gorey is its post town. The surface is intersected by the river Bann. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Ferns, value with Tomb, £526, in the patronage of the bishop. The church has long been in ruins. It is united to Camolin in the Roman Catholic division. There are two private schools.

"CRANNFORD, a village in the barony of Gorey, in the county of Wexford, Ireland, 4 miles W. of Gorey."
