CLONBULLOGE, or CLONBOLOGUE, a parish, in the barony of CLANWILLIAM, county of TIPPERARY, and province of MUNSTER, 4½ miles (S. E.) from Tipperary, containing 1457 inhabitants. This parish is situated near the mail coach, road from Limerick to Waterford, and is intersected by the river Arra; it comprises 3192 statute acres, as applotted under the tithe act, and valued at £2518 per annum. Lismacue, the residence of H. Baker, Esq., is a handsome mansion, the demesne of which extends into the parish of Templeneira. It is a rectory, in the diocese of Cashel, and is part of the union of Tipperary: the tithes amount to £136. 12. 3¾., and the glebe comprises 46 statute acres. There are two pay schools, in which are 70 children.
