St Andrew's church, Birchills, was erected in 1887, and is a structure in red brick, with stone dressings, in the Early English style.

St Andrew's church, in Birchills, built to the design of JEK Cutts in 1884-7 and consecrated on St Andrew's Day, 30th November, 1887, is a building of red brick, with stone dressings, in the Early English style, consisting of a chancel, nave, aisles, organ chamber, and a turret containing one bell.
On the outside of the east wall is an oak cavelry, erected in memory of the men of the parish who fell in the Great War, 1914-1918.
The living is a vicarage, in the gift of the Bishop of Lichfield.
