"CREETING ST. PETER, (or West Creeting), a parish in the hundred of Stow, in the county of Suffolk, 3 miles E. of Stowmarket, its post town. The living is a rectory* in the diocese of Norwich, value £401, in the patronage of the Rev. E. Pask. The church is dedicated to St. Peter.
