"RADSTONE, a parish in the hundred of King's-Sutton, county Northampton, 2 miles N. of Brackley, its post town. The village, which is of small extent, is wholly agricultural. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Peterborough, value £90. The church, dedicated to St. Lawrence, is an ancient stone structure, with a low tower containing two bells. There is an endowed free school, with an annuity of £20. William Holbech, Esq., is lord of the manor."
