“HALLINGTON, a parish in the Wold division of the hundred of Louth Eske, parts of Lindsey, county Lincoln, 2 miles S.W. of Louth, its post town and railway station. The village consists of a few farmhouses. The living is a vicarage annexed to the rectory of Raithby, in the diocese of Lincoln. There is no church, but the site is used as a burial-ground. Henry Chaplin, Esq., is lord of the manor."

Hallington is a village and a parish 2.5 miles south-west of Louth. Welton le Wold parish is to the north-west and Withcall parish to the south-west. The parish covers 1,510 acres.If you are planning a visit:
