It was founded in 1979. It closed in 1999.
The buikding was originally St Andrew's Presbyterian church which closed in 1977. An offer from the Jehovah's Witnesses for the purchase of the building was accepted in 1979, and it was subsequently transformed into the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. The Jehovah's Witnesses vacated the building in late 1999 and it was converted during the following year for residential use.
