This is to Certify that I give & bequeath to Mr George Tupman Ironmonger of Exmouth in the County of Devon the Sum of Two hundred pounds now vested in the New four per Cent Annuities to be transferred or paid to the before names George Tupman within twelve months after my decease But in case of the aforesaid George Tupman dies before me I give and bequeath the above named Two hundred pounds to be equally divided among the Six George Tupman's surviving Children to be paid to them by my Executors respectively as the six Children come of age _ to my dear and only Son Henry Paddon now resident at Sunderland in the County of Durham I give & bequeath all the all the residue of my property namely my wearing apparel beds bedding table linen & goods & chattels of every description just debts being paid I appoint Mr John Lilliton of Exmouth Tailor and Mr Joseph Radford of Exmouth in the County of Devon Stationer my Executors I beg they will accept five guineas as a proof of the high .....
