Devonshire [to Wit] - A Calendar of the Prisoners in the High Gaol of said County for trial at Michaelmas Sessions 1810 and also of those remaining on former Orders.

Warrant dated 22nd August, 1810. [comment: Acquitted]. |
| John Thorn aged 38 years Thomas Coyte Abbott aged 40 years | Committed by Jonathan Williams clerk charged on th Oaths of Benjamine Murray and others with having on the twenty ninth day of August last, feloniously stolenj at the parish of Stoke Damerell in this County, One Hundred and Nineteen pounds weight of Lead, Nine mixed Metal Nails, and two Canvas Bags of the value of Twenty five Shillings and upwards the property of His Majesty. Warrant dated 4th September, 1810. [comment: Thorn = convicted to be confined 12months/Abbott Acquitted]. |

| James Lanyan alias Langdon aged 27 years | Committed by Richard Graves esq and Edward Honeywood Clerk L.L.D. charged on oath with having on the night of Tuesday the 18th day of this instant September feloniously and Burglariously broken and entered into the workshop part of the Dwelling House of Samuel Bond the Younger of Honiton Coachmaker with intent to steal a Quantity of Steel and Iron his property. Warrant dated 26th September, 1810. |
