My sister Jane Mallet to take care of my dear child Elizabeth Hooper Mallet till she be 21

My goods farm stuff &c. to be sold after my death and my brothers William and John Mallet the younger to be executor in trust for the maintenance of my sister Jane and the support of my daughter Elizabeth Hooper Mallet, with the income derived from my freehold property settled on my child by marriage

And I desire the trustees of that settlement Mr. Thomas Hoop (sic) of Sheepwash and my brother John Mallet the younger will see that Elizabeth Hooper Mallet be sent to school and properly educated
