The Last Will and Testament of me John Hill residing at Bampton in the County of Devon, Gentleman. First I give and bequeath unto my first Cousin James Hill the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid twelve months after my decease. Secondly I give and bequeath unto my first Cousin William Morse the like sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid twelve months after my decease. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my first Cousin Ann Chave the like sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid twelve months after my decease. Fourthly I give and bequeath unto my first Cousin Peter Morse the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid one year after my decease. Fifthly I give and bequeath unto Jane Luxton the daughter of Isaac Luxton in the Parish of Bampton the sum of five pounds. Sixthly I give and bequeath unto my first Cousin James Morse his heirs executors administrators and assigns my Overlands called Pitt Down South Down Wills in the parish of Skilgate in the County of Somerset Yeoman. I also give unto my first Cousin James Morse all my Goods Chattels and personal property and I do hereby appoint my first Cousin James Morse sole Executor and trust of this my Will and to pay all legacies just debts funeral expenses cost charge and expenses of proving this my Will. This is my last Will and Testament in the year of our Lord February seventeenth one thousand eight hundred and thirty. Signed John Hill. Witness
