Radway Green Road
Church History
An ancient parish church, originally serving the Cheshire townships of Alsager, Barthomley, Crewe and Haslington, and the Staffordshire township of Balterley.
The district was affected by the following boundary changes:
- 1857 September 8 — reduced when the township of Crewe was transferred to Crewe Green: St. Michael & All Angels.
- 1860 May 16 — reduced when the township of Haslington was transferred to Haslington: St. Matthew
- 1898 July 19 — reduced when the township of Alsager was transferred to Alsager: St. Mary Magdalene.
