The Trustees of The Wesleyan Chapel in Brant Broughton in 1878 had the
following  trustees appointed by the Charity Commissioners. They were:

•	ROBERT BUSH,  of Crowle, Farmer;
•	WILLIAM SNEATH , Grocer and Draper;
•	JOHN ROWBOTHAM, Brickmaker;
•	THOMAS KNIGHT, Grocer and Draper;
•	EDWARD MARSHALL, Gardener, all of Brant Broughton aforesaid;
•	JOHN DUNN, of Leadenham, Gentleman, and all in the County of Lincoln;
•	ROBERT CHRISTIAN, of Loughborough, in the County of Leicester, Farmer;
•	THOMAS FAWCETT WESTON, Draper;
•	GEORGE WESTON, Druggist; 
•	HENRY WOOD, Confectioner, all of New Sleaford in the County of Lincoln.

The following then were approved of their retirement from their position
as trustees:

•	Robert BUSH
•	Thomas KNIGHT
•	John DUNN
•	Thomas Fawcett WRIGHT
•	Henry WOOD

And the following were approved and new and continued trustees:

•	WILLIAM SNEATH;
•	JOHN ROWBOTHAM;
•	EDWARD MARSHALL;
•	ROBERT CHRISTIAN; and
•	GEORGE WESTON;

•	WILLIAM WATERFALL, Grocers; and
•	WILLIAM HORSMAN, Cattle Dealer, all of Brant Broughton aforesaid;
•	JOSEPH GIBSON, Coal Merchant
•	EDWARD ALLEN, Merchant; and
•	JOHN WESLEY SNEATH, Accountant, all of Sleaford;
•	ROBERT HOLLINSHEAD, of Navenby, Farmer and
•	THOMAS WHITE, of Caythorpe, Grocer, all of the County of Lincoln;
